Click here for the youth calendar Overflow is a ministry of CEC to youth, grades 6-12. Our purpose is to minister to our youth and to equip them to be the “light of the world” to our community and beyond. It is our desire to reach those who do not know Christ and the freedom that comes with salvation through Him. The only way we know to do this is by reaching out with love to those who are hurting and in need, welcoming all with open arms, allowing God’s love to overflow from our lives into the lives of others. “This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.” John 15:12 We are about seeing young people encounter God in a way relevant to them and where they are in life. If they are in need, we want God to use us to help meet that need, no matter what the cost. “Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.” John 15:13 This generation needs to know that despite what this world has done to rid us of Jesus; God is still there pursuing them with a relentless love. We meet every Wednesday night at 6:15 P.M. for food, fellowship, and worship. We dive into God’s word seeking His direction for our lives. We spend time in worship, led by our very own worship band, Heavensreal. We make fools of ourselves playing games and jumping around! But most of all we are growing together, being better equipped to glorify God with our lives. “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.
